We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

Production Engineer

We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our dynamic production engineering team. We have made significant improvements in our assembly area and this role is key to championing and driving further changes to assist in developing a world class assembly area. As a Production Engineer in our organisation, you will be responsible for providing technical support to manufacturing, with responsibility to support and improve existing manufacturing processes, and the introduction of new products and process equipment


We are recruiting for a full-time chef to join our staff restaurant on a permanent basis. This role will involve cooking and preparing meals for the 200 staff at SEM, covering breakfast, breaks and lunches.

Production Operatives

This is a permanent full-time position, and on a Day-to-day you will be working within a Value Stream as part of a cell producing servomotor components. You will need to follow detailed work instructions, and then test what you have produced against set quality standards. You will need to work as part of a team using lean manufacturing techniques.

Team Leader

Are you an engineering graduate? Are you keen to develop a career within a modern, ambitious manufacturing company? We are recruiting for team leaders to run sections of our production process, carrying out daily problem solving and looking after the team members. You will be responsible for the KPI’s of your area, and making improvements.

Kitchen Assistant

This is a permanent full-time position, working from 8:30AM till 4:30PM Monday to Thursday in our busy staff restaurant. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that the kitchen and servery areas are kept clean and hygienic.
